to work with our trainers and instructors
on a variety of levels
. We are all here to help build a healthier community one person at a time! 

  1. OPEN HOUSE APRIL 5th 11:00am-2:00pm
  2. 6 Week Transformation Challenge - Only 5 per time slot STARTING WEEK OF JUNE 11th
    The group challenge sessions are for 6 weeks and have 2 options. Option 1 will include an initial assessment involving health history, measurements, body fat, photos, and Medgem test which is FDA approved to determine your resting metabolic rate ($50 value just for this test). This takes the guess work out of caloric goals and helps motivate the strength component of any program and then 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks. This would be $300. If the individual has been through the program and wants to continue on, the cost is $270 and does have the assessment meeting. Option 2 is same as above but includes 2 training sessions per week and costs $225 with initial assessment or $190 for those continuing on. There are only 5 spots in each session available to make sure each individual gets the attention needed at every session. The program will be offered at 5:30-6:30am, 8:00-9:00am and 4:30-6:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Contact Kelly at 717-608-7036 or email at [email protected]
  3. Birthday Parties
    Let Central Penn Health host your child's birthday party on Sat or Sunday afternoons. Each party will include an activity session in our group fitness area and then time for presents/snacks. The class will be adapted to your child's interests and ability of all participants. Parties start at $200 for 10 children plus the birthday child.   4. Monthly Membership Program
    This program is a monthly fee of $75 and allows individuals to come in during designated times 2-3x per week. They work out independently but their is a personal trainer onsite to assist as needed but their are no one-on-one sessions. Time slots available: M/W/F 5:00-6:0am, Mon and Friday 11:30am-12:30pm, Tues and Thursday 4:00-5:00pm. There is no evening class the 3rd Monday each month. Schedules are subject to change. Times are limited to 4 individuals so sign up each month early to reserve your spot.
